At Farmhouse By The Hill we take quality as a priority, however we are human, and if something isn't quite right for you, you have the right to refuse upon delivery and payment. 

We do not accept returns once accpeted by the customer as all of our items are custom finished to each customers requirements, however if an issue with any of the furniture does occur within a reasonable timeframe, we are happy to come and fix said issues within a suitable timeframe.

As all of furniture is 100% restored from pre loved pieces, so please do expect the odd imperfection as it would be impossible for us to make each piece appear brand new, 

Payments are due upon delivery and we reserve the right to collect payment in full when we are with the customer and they are all happy with it in place. We accept bank transfer and cash, but do not have the ability to accept cheques or payment plans at this time
